I’ve been questioning if what I’m doing, for me,
is productive and fluid like fish or the trees
I’ve been living a dream
that I created on stealth
I looked to the future
and placed all bets on health
Its winning in me. it's constantly growing

PAUSE WITH INSTRUMENTAL

There are times when I think
maybe that no one here likes me
but i know that’s just my inner vision,
twisted, vindictive and frightening.
I find it within myself,
through trusting no one else.
This is a manifestation
of my greatest and worst attempted version of my health
something else,

walking the path that I came here to dwell on.


I wish I were better and smarter and that the lyrics came more easily.
If I was eloquent and written they’d read my blog
and say oh damn I see” But I don’t have one.
Maybe I’d take another trip in your honor.
belittled and humble and awkwardly somber.

I’ve had no visions and walked far from the edge,
too timid to look over too rigid to bend.
If night is so dark when daylight keeps breathing,
can this be shut down everything that I’m seeing.


Please take it upon me to, notice my flaws.
I’ve got them in spades and I have no formal god.
My drama is few though I dream of iliberation,
a wonder a picture that would give me
a waking moment, joy to live strong and move on,
one meal of satisfactory knowledge
that cannot be forgotten
I’m waking I”m breathing
I just want to look up and realize that I’ve made all my dreams come true.
It could happen to you….


If it happened to you what would you do?

had come true.
If it was laid down brightly and begging for connection
what would it take to make a selection.


I look to myself for the answers I”m seeking.
But life sweeps me up it a shame I’ve been feeling
and eating and hating too much.
this throat builds obscenities
that never get launched.
I’ve choked on my peace and let sicken my war.
I’ve baited myself for that monster I wore.
too lazy to get up, I am uninformed
I will open that door and move freely among them
with strength that is knowledge
I will tear the whole wall down.

LOVING, vivid dreaming and happiness that resides
in the heart of the individual
in your being and every particle

nothing super complex
and nothing too simple.
just words, thoughts and feelings
that I’ve recently to let go.
