Ed was always a Travelin' Man. This tune in some ways is his theme song and the way he approached life in general. He was always going on adventures and made friends everywhere he went. Eventually Ed found his favorite places which he continued to return to annually such as the Kerrville Folk Festival and San Blas, Mexico. This was the last song Ed taught to his son Abe before he passed away in 2011.
